Barre Instructor Course

The Bodylove Academy Barre course offers a comprehensive 5-day program for both beginners and experienced instructors, covering traditional, progressive, and contemporary Barre exercises.

You’ll learn anatomy, Barre principles, Ballet positions, foundational and dynamic repertoire, injury modifications, effective cueing, class programming, and more. The course emphasises practice teaching and includes specialised topics such as pre & postnatal Barre, creativity, prop usage, and cardio/matwork series.

By the end, you’ll be confident in designing and leading engaging Barre classes for all levels.

In addition to participation in the face-to-face learning you will also be required to complete the following:

Online Anatomy Assessment

In-Person Practical Assessment
