The Bodylove Academy Barre course offers a comprehensive 5-day program for both beginners and experienced instructors, covering traditional, progressive, and contemporary Barre exercises.
You’ll build a solid foundation in anatomy, master Barre exercises inspired by ballet, yoga, strength and conditioning, learn to program engaging classes with a variety of props, and develop the skills and confidence to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Our Barre Course is a concise yet comprehensive program designed to expand your career and develop confident, versatile instructors. By the end, you’ll be confident in designing and leading engaging Barre classes for all levels.
