Bodylove Academy Program Director
Alexa is a passionate instructor, educator, and mentor. With a background in dance and a Bachelor of Fine Arts, she first discovered Pilates as a way to better understand and support her own body, what began as personal curiosity soon evolved into a professional calling. She holds a Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction and continues to deepen her knowledge through ongoing education in exercise science, with a particular focus on anatomy and physiology.
